Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Eligible for Full Refund

  • Products that are sealed, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Products that arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items (wrong product or shade shipped)

Eligible for Store Credit or Exchange Only

  • Opened skincare products (serums, moisturizers, cleansers)
  • Opened hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, treatments)
  • Opened sun care products (sunscreens, SPF products)

Final Sale (Non-Returnable)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Makeup — foundations, lipsticks, mascaras, eyeliners, eyeshadows, blush, concealer, highlighters, and all color cosmetics
  • Fragrance — perfumes, eau de parfum, colognes, and room sprays once sprayed or unsealed
  • Nail products — nail polish, gel polish, nail art kits, cuticle oils, and removers
  • Body & bath products — soaps, bath bombs, body washes, and scrubs once used
  • Wellness products — vitamins, supplements, and ingestible products once the safety seal is broken (per FDA regulations)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Makeup Shade Exchanges

We understand that finding the right shade online can be tricky. If you purchased a foundation, concealer, or other shade-specific product and it doesn't match, we offer a one-time shade exchange within 30 days. The product must be lightly used (tested only) and in its original packaging. Please contact us with a photo of the product and we'll help you find the right match.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@adorncollective.net with your order number and reason for return
  2. Include a photo of the product and its current condition
  3. We'll review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
  5. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label

Return Shipping

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping at no cost to you.
  • Change of mind or other reasons: A flat return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Store credit is issued as a digital gift card sent to your email and never expires
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Allergic Reactions

We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully before purchasing, especially if you have known sensitivities. If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please contact us. While opened products are generally non-returnable, we evaluate allergic reaction claims on a case-by-case basis and may offer store credit or an exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process above.
