Shipping policy
Shipping Overview
At Adorn, we partner with a curated network of premium beauty suppliers across the United States. Because our products ship directly from each brand's facility, shipping times may vary slightly depending on the item and its origin.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Free Shipping
All orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Orders under $50 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Most orders ship within 1–3 business days; select handcrafted or artisan products may require up to 5 business days to prepare.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Total estimated time from order to delivery:
- Standard orders: 5–10 business days
- Handcrafted & artisan items: Up to 15 business days
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or peak shopping periods.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's progress. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
Because our products ship from different suppliers, orders containing items from multiple brands may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is determined by the fulfilling supplier and cannot be selected at checkout.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Most of our suppliers can ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses via USPS. However, a small number of products that ship exclusively via UPS or FedEx may not be deliverable to these addresses. If there is an issue, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Order Issues
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Then contact us and we will open an investigation and work toward a resolution.
- Wrong item received: Contact us and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no charge.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that window, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be changed. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
